QUINTA-DOUDON-JULIEN

At the edge of the city, where the urban fabric meets the landscape beyond, we reflected on how to resolve this space suspended between the urban and the rural.
The presence of recreated nature allows us to reconnect with the small river, which gently leads us back toward the city center. The nearby station brings centrality and movement to the area.
The project therefore aims to shape a qualified living environment, with gardens and good orientation, naturally and functionally protecting us from our neighbors—the trains.
