Two projects that represent two absolutely different extreme conditions: the Bundesbank building in Chemnitz is a slow, relatively small, stony and rocky project, outside time; and the complex built for the Barcelona International Convention Centre is fast, very large, light-weight and diaphanous, fleeting and ephemeral. Conditions of opposite extremes. But the two share some common lines of thought.
