Construction is slow. Moving from idea to reality requires time, proximity and sometimes distance. The great Avant Scène project in Nice already allows us to see at this moment, in the rough, some of its fundamental moments.

The relationship with the bus station as a major platform at our base. Proposed in our urban plan and in the process of realization by AREP engineering.

The facade with the Boulevard. The decomposition of the mass confirms that configures the back street with its possibilities. The main facade opens the square of the roof of the bus parking, in the absence of the small phase of housing on the left.
